We currently collect and process the following information:


For Parents completing second hand uniform orders

Name, Email Address, Mobile Number, Child’s Name


Where payment is being made by invoice/bill to parents we may collect additional information to enable this.


For Parent Volunteers

Name, Email Address, Mobile Number


How we get the information and why we have it

Most of the personal information we process is provided to us directly by users of Lambrook Second Hand Uniform Shop for one of the following reasons:


For Parents completing second hand uniform orders

To allow us to process an order for you and provide information and updates related to that order.

With your consent, to allow us to provide information about news, updates and events that relate to the Lambrook Second Hand Uniform Shop.


For Parent Volunteers

To allow us to create admin accounts so that you are able to access information to complete your volunteer activities.


Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the lawful basis we rely on for processing this information are:

For Parents completing second hand uniform orders

We will share information parents provide to complete an order with volunteers and school staff in relation to processing of your order. We will only do this once you have started the order process. Parents will be able to use their online account to review a list of orders that they have previously placed.


How and where we store your information

Your personal information will be stored securely in electronic form on our secure servers. We have in place appropriate technical and security measures to prevent personal information from being accidentally lost or used and accessed in an unauthorised way. Our secure servers are protected via a firewall or on secure order management systems located in the UK.

We limit access to your personal information to those who have a genuine need to know it. Those processing your information will do so only in an authorised manner and are subject to a duty of confidentiality.

We also have procedures in place to deal with any suspected data security breach. We will notify you and any applicable regulator of a suspected data security breach where we are legally required to do so.
